The agreement between you and DadSpark.

DadSpark is provided by Domenic Bueti ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use DadSpark.
You may hold one account, and the information you give at sign-up must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
DadSpark does not verify identity, age, or the relationship between connected people. Only share an invite code with someone you know and intend to connect with. Anyone holding your code can request a connection, though it cannot be created without your approval.
You keep ownership of everything you send. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and deliver it to the person you sent it to.
You are responsible for what you send. Do not use DadSpark to send anything unlawful, abusive, or sexual, to harass anyone, to impersonate anyone, or to share material you have no right to share.
We do not read your messages. We have no moderation system and no human review of private conversations. That is deliberate — but it means we rely on you.
You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel through that account — their refund rules apply.
If the person paying deletes their account, the subscription is cancelled and everyone it covered loses access.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Messages you have already sent remain with the person you sent them to, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to harm someone, or is used unlawfully.
DadSpark is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, that messages will always be delivered, or that it will be free of errors. Notifications depend on services outside our control.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. You can download all of your data at any time from Settings.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of DadSpark. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will say so in the app. Continuing to use DadSpark after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
DadSpark is operated by Traybek Consulting Inc., Ontario, Canada.
